With Halloween right around the corner, it’s time to take a quick trip to the store and assemble your makeup crew for the fang-tastic night! Whether you’re going for a cute or spooky look, here are some of my favorite products that you need for Halloween!
Liquid Eyeshadow
The liquid eyeshadow I’ve been in love with for so long is the Stila Liquid Eyeshadow in the shade Wanderlust! The packaging of this liquid eyeshadow is cute and compact and I gravitate towards it when I want some shimmer in my look but don’t have the time to do an extravagant eye look. Just apply with their easy-to-use applicator and blend! This would look gorgeous for those doing fairy looks this Halloween! If you can’t get your hands on the Stila one, Milani’s Hypnotic Lights Eye Topper works just as well at a drugstore price!
Dark Lipstick
Whether you’re dressing up as a wicked witch, a vampire, or anything dark-themed, dark lipstick is so essential to the look! Dark lipsticks are personally my favorite, therefore I’ve found some of the best in the market. My favorite black lipstick has to be NYX’s Suede Matte Lipstick in the shade Alien. It’s very smooth and not insanely drying on the lips. When it comes to dark red shades, Kat Von D’s Everlasting Longwear Liquid Lipstick in the shades Vampira or Exorcism are my go-to. I’ve had Vampira since it first came out in a cream formula, I was a middle schooler! However, this lipstick shade does not fail up until this day.
Eyeliner
I’m not much of an eyeliner user myself but I do have some favorites that are sure to stay on all night! When I use eyeliner, I tend to just line under my eyelashes to give the illusion of thick eyelashes. For this, I need a super precise tip and Benefit’s Roller Liner does the job. A drugstore favorite of mine is from L’Oréal. This was the first eyeliner I ever used and my friends have agreed it’s one of the best. It comes in a waterproof formula which is what I love, smudge-proof for the spooky night!
