Sunscreen Spotlight: Supergoop!
It’s been a bit brighter here in Berkeley and that’s making it impossible for me to go anywhere without applying a generous amount of sunscreen. I love the sun but I have to love my skin even more for me to soak up the rays. I am an extremely loyal fan of Supergoop! Once I tried their sunscreen, I never went back. Below are my top 3 reasons why I love their Unseen Sunscreen!
- Texture
When I first tried this product, I was used to using a moisturizer that had sunscreen infused with it. I was used to the thin lotion-like consistency of it. Supergoop! was a completely different story with this product. The texture of their Unseen Sunscreen is similar to the texture of a primer. The finish is velvet rather than matte which I absolutely love. I would rave about this product all the time because it feels great when using it before an actual primer when doing makeup. My love for it worked though, I got three friends to try it and they loved it.
- The SPF
The higher the SPF, the better. The SPF of this sunscreen isn’t extremely high, but it is definitely not on the lower side. Their Unseen Sunscreen has you covered with SPF 40 while being absolutely weightless and invisible. Say goodbye to the white cast we all hate with sunscreens!
- The Price…
While it isn’t a drugstore product, this sunscreen is worth it. Don’t let the price scare you though, a little bit of this product goes a long way making the product worth buying. I had my tube that was around $36 for about six months which included my vacation in Mexico where the sun is not your friend. If you’re not sure if you want to invest in this sunscreen, they offer a smaller size for a bit less! Overall, I recommend it since it’s such a versatile sunscreen that fits all skin types!
